Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the service, product or course for any reason you can ask for a refund if it meets the refund requirements below.
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
The Biz Class coaching program includes a full refund 15 days from the date of purchase. Please note, that if a credit card was used, the refunded amount will deduct credit card processing fees and will not be refunded.
After day 15, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the duration of the program regardless if you complete The Biz Class program.
All refunds will not include credit card payment processing fees incurred by The Biz Class and will not be refunded.

Products that are digital products such as online courses, digital downloads, on-demand services, consulting services, audio files, PDF downloads, or eBooks are non-refundable.
If the refund conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Technical issues
It is important to keep in mind that there is a difference between a product or service that is broken and a situation where you are receiving an error message because of a user’s technical issues that are unrelated to the products or services.
Service or product malfunctions or error messages could be related to an incorrect setup of computer configuration or browser software and as a result, the service or product is not working. Please check that your Internet connection is working (with your service provider) before contacting us for technical issues.
Refunds will not be issued for website downtime including any connected third-party services, or because Internet, WiFi, or when cell service is limited or unavailable.
Digital Products (The Biz Class Online Course)
Due to the nature of the intellectual property offered in digital format for the online course or any other digital services or products, returns, exchanges and refunds are not offered.
Please read and understand the refund policy and agree to it before making a purchase. By making a purchase, it demonstrates you have read, understood and agree to the refund policy.
