The Benefits of Monthly Office Hour Sessions

Regular monthly support is just like regular office hours with Christine, designed to be used multiple times as if we work in an office together. So as you work on your business, and/or client projects you have a professional to talk with about onboarding new clients, new project guidelines, client management, pricing, estimates, contracts, technical software integration for content marketing campaigns, or anything that you need a short amount of time to discuss regularly every month.

It’s an affordable service alternative to higher cost 60-min consultation sessions or coaching programs. Christine is available to meet anytime virtually Monday to Friday from 9 am-5 pm EST. This subscription service guarantees Christine will be easily available to you for a comprehensive 15-20, or 30-minute live call.

If you regularly travel to time zones that are not complementary to EST or live outside the Toronto Eastern Time Zone, you can alternatively send emails with questions. Christine will record an audio and video answer for you using Loom. She just asks that your questions are clear, concise yet detailed enough so Christine can capture all the information she needs to serve you the best answers.

Loom software is used to capture a screen, record with a front-facing camera, permitting Christine to record her screen and audio, then instantly share a short link to you for you to listen and watch. It’s not necessary to download and install the Loom software applications either. Loom makes the video instantly available to watch on the web by clicking a link. You will, of course, need a web browser, WIFI or cell service to watch the video.

Monthly office hours benefit you because:

• The cost is less than booking regular Consultation Sessions

• Gives you priority on-demand access to meet virtually with Christine

• It’s is a business consultation service, so it’s a sub-contracting business expense

• Sessions are leveraged in several 15, 20, 30-minute blocks at 3-4 sessions during a monthly billing cycle, to a maximum of one hour per month.

The Monthly Office Hour Support is an ideal if you are a Junior Designer in-house or freelance designer, and self-employed designer without a business Partner, Art Director, or Senior Designer or Creative Director to provide direction on a project or business operations. It is also ideal for business professionals and business owners who need regular office hours with an experienced tech and design instructor, or early-stage entrepreneurial coach.

You do not need to download Zoom software to join a Zoom call. You can dial Zoom calls by location. Find your local number to call in with a phone. All information needed is provided in your unique Meeting Link Details sent to your email after completing the appointment details.
